  Our Staff

Hi Dr. T:
On the way home from work I was thinking about the consult that I did with my last patient, and how fortunate I am to have a job that gives me such personal satisfaction. Thank you so much for allowing me to do a job that I love! I know that the hours are sometimes long, but I never go to bed without the thought that I made a difference, and neither should you! See you tomorrow.

  Our History

Fertility C.A.R.E. was established in March 2003 by Mark P. Trolice, M.D. and is located in Winter Park, Florida. Prior to this, Dr. Trolice served as Medical Director of the Reproductive Health Institute and, in 1999, was named Director of the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children and Women (APHCW) in Orlando. As Division Director, he remains responsible for the medical education of Ob/Gyn residents and medical students.

Understanding the emotional impact of fertility, we also added to our staff Judith Burnett, PhD, a Clinical Reproductive Psychologist, this same year.

Fertility C.A.R.E. opened its new state-of-the-art facility in the Fall 2004 to increase its clinical services, including an expanded on-site IVF laboratory and same day operative procedures.

Also in 2004 Mark P. Trolice, M.D., founded Fertile Dreams, a non-profit organization focused on the problems and issues surrounding infertility. The vision of Fertile Dreams is to help build families by increasing fertility awareness; providing $10,000 Embracing Hope Grants toward fertility treatments at the clinic of the recipients’ choice; becoming a leader in funding scientific research and development to find new treatments; and lobbying for Florida to provide mandatory health insurance coverage for fertility treatments.

In 2007 Michael Witt, M.D., joined Fertility C.A.R.E. Witt, a Reproductive Urologist, specializes in the treatment of male infertility.

  Our Future & New Home

In the years ahead, we will keep pace with the technological developments in reproductive medicine to deliver the consistently high quality care our patients have come to expect.

Beginning in January 2008 Fertility C.A.R.E. will offer adoption services as well as an in-house pharmacy. Also in 2008 Fertility C.A.R.E.’s new wellness program will begin. Fertility C.A.R.E.’s Judith Burnett Ph.D. will be trained in special techniques at the Domar Center for Mind/Body Health. The Domar Center is led by Alice Domar, PhD, a recognized international leader in the field of mind/body health.

Check back often for updates as Fertility C.A.R.E. continues to grow to meet our patient's needs. We look forward to meeting you and to the privilege of being involved in your Fertility C.A.R.E.
