Three-Cycle Plus™: Patients receive up to 6 IVF cycles--three fresh plus three frozen embryo transfers.
Donor Egg Package Option™: Patients can use donated oocytes (eggs) during a cycle of in-vitro fertilization; patients receive up to 2 Donor cycles--one fresh donor cycle plus one frozen donor cycle.

*After receiving all of the required services for your treatment you will be refunded most of the money you have paid if a live birth (baby) does not occur through the IVF treatments.
